Bismarck police arrest man for threatening 4 officers

BISMARCK, N.D. - The Bismarck Police Department arrested a man after he made threats against four officers Saturday.

Officers say they got complaints that 38-year-old William Clarke had harassed people by Riverside Park.

When police arrived, they say Clarke made threats against them. Clarke claimed an officer broke his nose and wrist and was taken to the hospital and then released into police custody.

Clarke was arrested for terrorizing, official charges haven’t been posted yet.
