BISMARCK, N.D. - The USS Constitution and other historical ships have sailed into displays at the Bismarck Public Library.

The collection is made by a local resident, Joel Brostrom. He started his first ship when he was twelve years old. The library likes featuring the works of local residents in their front display. The ship display opened at the end of January.

"I enjoy it. It's kind of relaxing to have built something that looks halfway decent," said Joel Brostrom, Bismarck resident.

Brostrom says that without distractions he can finish a model in about a week.
