Bismarck man sentenced to 5 years for terrorizing outside U.S. Foods

BISMARCK, N.D. - A Bismarck man will serve five years in prison after being found guilty of terrorizing outside U.S. Foods in Bismarck.

Thirty-two-year-old James Vann will also have three years of supervised probation.

A jury found Vann guilty on the four counts of terrorizing last February.
He was arrested last May for terrorizing with a handgun outside U.S. Foods.

Vann's sentence also includes no contact with victims.
