Bismarck man faces sexual imposition charges

BISMARCK, N.D. - A Bismarck man could face jail time if found guilty of child abuse, tampering with evidence and gross sexual imposition while caring for a 3-month-old.

Thirty-two-year-old Andrew Glasser had his initial hearing in court Monday after his arrest Oct. 19.

Glasser was in the care of a 3-month-old child when she was brought to a local hospital with trauma to both femurs, the child also had injuries to her left tibia and fibula that were in the stages of healing, and bi-lateral injuries to her ribs that were also in the stages of healing.

Police believe it happened between Sept. 1 and Oct. 17.

Glasser is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.

His preliminary hearing will be on Dec. 4.
