BISMARCK, N.D. - On the ground or in the air, traveling has become difficult, if not impossible.
That includes travelers who have flights booked at the Bismarck Municipal Airport because flights have been cancelled.
Most people we spoke to said they were disappointed they couldn't fly today, but they understand safety comes first.
"We are going to hang around here, hoping to get on a plane that will get us on our ship so we don't lose any more days of our vacation. We're missing two days on the boat already, so that's two less days of embarrassing my wife," says Kelly Johnson, Bismarck resident.
Tickets for people who couldn't fly out today will be honored for Tuesday flights, depending on the weather.
