Bismarck Public Works busy plowing after snowfall

BISMARCK, N.D. - The Bismarck Public Works Department has been busy plowing the streets of Bismarck. As of Friday evening, the whole city was cleared of snow.

The Bismarck Superintendent of Roads and Streets Keith Glass said his crew has been working hard, but they don't plow until the snowfall is done in residential areas or there's four inches of snow on the ground.

"When we're out plowing, give us time to do our job to see people get home safe and so we get home safe. We're out there to make the roads as safe as we possibly can and just give us a little break," said Glass.

Glass said his crew was prepared for the snowfall and before it fell they brined the streets.
