Bismarck Main Street Minute: Tools 4 U, Memory Lane Auto Restoration

BISAMRCK, N.D. - Tools 4 U is moving locations and Memory Lane Auto Restoration is having a grand opening until 6 tonight.

Memory Lane Auto Restoration brings antique and vintage vehicles back to life ready for them to hit "memory lane."

"We can do custom engines, drive trains, you name it. If it's got to do with classic cars, we can do it," said co-owner Jody Honeyman.

The specialty shop has been around for more than 30 years, restoring memories one vehicle at a time.

"It's a lot of work, it's a lot of physical labor, lot of skill. There's definitely an art form to it," said Honeyman.

Another store that moved locations is Tools 4 U.

The store sells new and used tools for people to use.

"For the contractors, for home owners, for the do it yourself people.

Farmers, ranchers, just anybody who uses tools in the line of their work," said Jim Eslinger, owner.

They say business has been good since they've got a bigger shop.

"We've had a lot of traffic. A lot of good response from the people coming in with the layout and the ability to see more stuff, rather than clutter on the shelf," said Eslinger.

The store is now located on 806 Airport Road in Bismarck.
