FARGO, N.D. - The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a bicyclist was arrested for DUI on I-94 near Fargo Wednesday.
Troopers were dispatched after a 911 call came in about a bicyclist causing a traffic hazard on I-94. Shortly after there was a crash between two motor vehicles because of the way the bicyclist was moving in the driving lanes on the interstate.
When troopers arrived on scene they determined that the bicyclist, 58-year-old Larry Olson of Fargo, was under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody.
No one was injured
Olson was charged with DUI and impeding traffic.
