30 pounds of marijuana discovered during traffic stop in Dickinson

DICKINSON, N.D. - Thirty pounds of marijuana was found during a weekend traffic stop in Dickinson.

A highway patrol trooper initially made the stop Saturday afternoon but then requested assistance from Dickinson police and its K-9 officer.

K-9 Gambit and his sergeant responded to the stop, and the dog alerted on the car.

A search found 30 pounds of marijuana and two pounds of hashish.

Two people from Oregon were arrested and face multiple charges.
