BISMARCK, N.D. - Authorities say 44 pounds of packaged marijuana was seized Tuesday during a traffic stop east of Bismarck. Three people are in custody.

The Burleigh County Sheriff's Department says a deputy pulled the vehicle over for moving in and out of lanes on I-94.

They say a consent search of the vehicle revealed the marijuana along with THC edibles, and numerous drug paraphernalia items.

Authorities say they seized the items and all occupants of the vehicle were arrested.

Twenty-three-year-old Saul Gonzalez, 24-year-old Zaire Estrada and 20-year-old Margarita Duran are all facing drug related charges.

The group is from St. Paul, Minn.
