BISMARCK, N.D. - A pursuit that started in Mandan ended in an arrest in Bismarck on Saturday.

The Mandan Police Department says they attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation when the short pursuit began.

Police say the driver, 24-year-old Starr Racine, reached speeds of 94 mph on Memorial Highway almost hitting vehicles.

The pursuit ended when Racine went over the bridge to Bismarck, and the Bismarck Police Department responded.
