MINOT, N.D. - Beginning in February, KMOT will partner with the Minot Area Homeless Coalition for their annual food drive.
The Coalition says that so far there are five drop off locations, and KMOT is among those five.
At the end of the month, donated food will be dropped off to local pantries around town.
Non-perishable food items such as peanut butter, tuna fish, fruit cups and soups are examples of items that can be donated.
"Put yourself in the shoes of the individual who have to go use the food pantries. If it were you, you would want to make sure that when you went to the food pantry that on their shelves they had foods." said Mac McCleod, Executive Director with the Minot Area Homeless Coalition.
The following four locations have yet to be named.
