WILLISTON, N.D. - Two people are behind bars in Williston after the Northwest Narcotics Task force found more than 300 grams of methamphetamine last week.
The agency performed a search operation on three apartments and found drug paraphernalia, multiple firearms, and prescription pills and arrested 28-year-old Julio Gutierrez and 21-year-old Porsche Martin.
Court records show Gutierrez is facing 10 felony counts of burglary, possession of firearms and multiple drug charges. Martin faces drug and firearms charges. She is being held on a $25,000 bond and Gutierrez on $150,000. Both of them are due back in court on Oct. 13.
