WATFORD CITY, N.D. - Two Watford City women are facing arson and insurance fraud charges.

The Watford City Police Department says in June they responded to a structure fire at TJ's Pizza.

An investigation concluded that 28-year-old Lisa Stoll and the restaurant owner, 37-year-old Anna Marquardt, started the fire. Court documents say surveillance video shows both Marquardt and Stoll were drinking at the business after it closed for the night. The video shows Stoll climbing a ladder where the fire started and Marquart handing her some candles. It then shows Stoll manipulating a light source and the light source flickering.

Officials say five hours after Stoll and Marquardt left the restaurant and fire broke out.

Last week, Marquardt filed a claim with her insurance company.

Both women are being held at the McKenzie County Correctional Facility and their bond hearing is scheduled for August 10.
