Manley to Receive Outstanding Service Award | Video

Mandan`s Ralph Manley will receive the Outstanding Service Award from the National Swimming Coaches Association later. Manley has been the head coach in Mandan for 28 years and he`s been in charge of the girls the last 19 seasons. Ralph will receive his award on March 30 in Indianapolis.
