Coach Bohl says he knows that area of Texas very well and he`s recruited there a lot.
"I lived in Houston for five years so there`s an abundance of athletic talent in that immediate area. They`re able to score. They run a wide open offense and they throw the ball a lot and they have a lot of speed and so we will be challenged by that. I know last year they had a really good year but a couple of years ago Prairie View had a struggle football wise but I think they`re a solid football team."
Bohl says the Bison got nicked-up in the CSU victory, so the extra time has helped some of the injured players.
"The other thing that as a head football coach, you always get concerned about with a week off is it is not an off week it`s a week to get better and whether players are focused and determined to go ahead and use that time to move forward as a football team, signs that I`ve seen have been very positive. I think we`ll find out more come Saturday at 3:00."
