Warrant Issued for Williston Shooting Suspect | Video

Police have released the name of the man who was shot to death in Williston early Saturday morning. Derrick Spiegel of Williston was taken to Mercy Medical Hospital following a gunshot wound.

Police have issued an arrest warrant, for reckless endangerment and murder, to Jonathan Horvath. Horvath recently moved to Williston from Sand Point, Idaho. Investigating officers believe Horvath has left the western North Dakota area.

The only photo police were able to get of Horvath is eight years old.

According to police, Horvath has a noticeable tattoo of a spider and web on the left side of his neck.
