On Thursday, March 14, 2013, Kevin Jerome Parisien updated his offender registration information with the Minot Police Department as a sex offender showing he moved within the city limits of Minot.

Parisien is a high risk offender that is required to perform lifetime registration.

Parisien was convicted on October 31, 1994, for the offense of Gross Sexual Imposition, and on November 29, 1994, for the offense of Sexual Abuse of a Child.

Parisien moved from the Ward County Jail to the current location of 225 22nd Ave NW #206, Minot.
