New Oil Class at Fort Berthold Community College | Video

The oil and gas industry in North Dakota is in constant need of more workers. The Fort Berthold Community College faculty says they should come from right here in North Dakota. So they are starting a beginners oil class later this month. The Lease Operations class will help familiarize students with oil and gas operations in the Bakken.

"It is a very busy time for all those industries right now and they need people. And we are hoping to help supply that workforce," said Edna Sailer, Fort Berthold Community College CTE Director.

The class is open to anyone. If you are not using it for college credit, it costs $350.
