Sexual Assault Case Continues

A man accused of sexually assaulting a coworker in Mandan will continue to take his case to trial. Adolfo Ramirez came to Mandan from Chicago late last year, but is in the country illegally. He had been staying with a coworker, who told police she woke up one morning to find him assaulting her.

Ramirez is being held on a $30,000 bond, and faces immigration charges as well as charges of gross sexual imposition. His next court appearance is scheduled for April.
