University Students Express No Confidence in Chancellor | Video

The North Dakota Student Association met and decided Saturday to support State Senator Tony Grindberg`s proposed amendment to buy out the remainder of Chancellor Ham Shirvani`s contract.

They are also presenting a vote of "No Confidence" for Shirvani from the students of the North Dakota University System. The NDSA says what it`s seen of Shirvani seems to conflict with the core values required by the Board of Higher Education.

The board defends Shirvani, saying he`s been doing just what he`s been asked to do.
