Man Arrested in Mandan for Terrorizing

A man carrying a large knife was arrested over the weekend in downtown Mandan. According to Mandan police, Nathan Siebrasse, 35, was seen banging on cars and windows in downtown Mandan. When confronted by police, he ran into the First National Pawn Building. Siebrasse had to be tased.

He is being charged with terrorizing, disorderly conduct, fleeing police and resisting arrest.
