As a result of this conviction, Mr. Kinsella-Greff is required to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Kinsella-Greff has not yet been assigned a risk level. Mr. Kinsella-Greff moved to 3000 Twin City Dr, Mandan, ND on 2/1/2013.
