Two Arrested for Forgery in Minot

Minot police arrested two people this afternoon for trying to present an altered check. Police were called to 1st National Bank after receiving a call about two people in the drive thru with an altered check.

Police arrested Dustin Strenke, 31, and Marian Jasinski, 37, and charged them with forgery. Strenke was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Minot police say this appears to be related to the recent thefts of outgoing mail from Minot residences.
