Man Arrested for Assault | Video

Mandan police say they have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a coworker in her home early Monday morning. Adolfo Ramirez came to Mandan from Chicago late last year, but is in the country illegally. Police say the victim and her family offered him a place to stay until he could find a place of his own. She told police she woke up early Monday to find Ramirez assaulting her. Her screams stopped the attack, and Ramirez fled when she called 911.

Police arrested him nearby. Ramirez is being held on a $30,000 bond and faces charges of gross sexual imposition. He`s also being held on immigration charges.
