Watch for Icy Roads

The weekend snowstorm may be over, but North Dakota Highway officials say roads could stay icy for several days. Although snow totals were less than expected in some areas, freezing rain put a layer of ice on the roads, and freezing temps are going to keep that ice in place. Plus, gusty winds have made it difficult to keep sand and salt on the road.
