High Risk Sex Offender Moves to Williston | Video

The Williston Police Department has released information on a high-risk sex offender that has moved to the city. Leonard Barton Higdon, 41, has moved into 215 14th St. West. He is 6`2, weighs 220 pounds and has been convicted of crimes relating to sexual assault of children.

The department says Higdon has served his sentence, and is not wanted by police at this time.
