Increased Law Enforcement Results

The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released results from a recent enhanced enforcement effort in the northeast part of the state. The enforcement period took place on December 20-23 and focused on speeding, right of way violations and impaired driving. During that time, troopers issued 136 speed citations, 35 failure to stop/yield citations and one DUI arrest.

There were no serious injury or fatal crashes in the northeast region during that time.
