Bismarck Police Arrest Three Vandals | Video

Bismarck police arrested three men on Saturday night who officers say were driving around smashing at least six car windows. Police say just after 10:30 p.m. Saturday, a witness driving near 1st street and Rosser Avenue called police to report vandalism.

The witness said someone reached out of a car with a baseball bat and smashed the rear windshield of a parked car. Not long after that, a cab driver near 31st street and Rosser saw a similar incident.

The driver followed the vehicle to get a description. Officers found the car and arrested three Bismarck men for criminal mischief.

The driver was also charged with driving under suspension.
