Lower Gas Prices | Video

Amy Fox | 12/18/2012

Here’s a bit of a Christmas bonus for you. Gas prices are dropping all over the state.

According to GasBuddy.com, the average price for regular unleaded gas in North Dakota is $3.14 per gallon.

In Minot, regular unleaded gas is slightly higher than the state average at $3.19.

But, some people say they`re just excited to save a few dollars at the pump.

"Definitely with the holidays, I`ll be spending it in gifts and stuff. So, it will definitely help with lower gas prices," said Minot resident Dakota Larson.

Kyle Patterson said, "For a tank it usually costs $35 for my car. But sometimes, I guess, when its gets lower, it gets better."

All of the people we talked to today saved about $3-4 at the pump. The lowest gas prices in North Dakota are in Fargo where regular unleaded is under $3 a gallon.
