Cannonball Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual and Physical Assault

A Cannonball man pleaded guilty today to sexual and physical assault charges. Kirk B. Hollow, 20, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to the charges. In May, Hollow sexually assaulted a woman and physically assaulted a man who was trying to help with sexual assault victim.

The sexual assault charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine. The physical assault charge carries a maximum penalty of six months in federal prison and a $1000 fine. Hollow will be sentenced in March.
