Runaway Teens Turn Themselves In

The two teenagers who remained at large after their escape from the Youth Correctional Center in Mandan on Sunday are back in custody.

Ward County authorities say Donnie Lee, Jr., and Bobby Devine, along with one of their fathers called the department to say they were all standing outside the jail in Minot, ready to be taken in.
