Three Teens in Custody | Video

Three of the five teenagers who escaped from the Youth Correctional Center in Mandan on Sunday are in custody, after crashing a stolen van in Fargo. But it wasn`t without a struggle and damage of property.

Events escalated fast for Dale Boeddeker, he lives in the Rose Creek neighborhood in south Fargo. Around noon, a van crashed into the tree located in his front yard. "Joyce said someone had hit tree and they were running from the scene," he said.

He says he yelled at the three people responsible for the crash to stop, but they did not. As it turns out, all three were all wanted for escaping a treatment facility in Mandan.

The three teens, Emmanuel Hunter, Terrick Kern, and Kyran Johnson, are now all in custody. Two more teens, Donnie Lee Junior, and Bobby Devine are still on the run and considered violent and possibly armed. The juveniles will be transported back to Mandan, eventually facing additional charges.
