Sex Offender Arrested by FBI in Wahpeton

A Level 3 predatory sex offender from Minnesota is in custody after FBI agents arrested him in Wahpeton today. On Monday, William Upshaw was indicted in Minnesota on three counts of "Child Pornography for Distribution" and one count of "Possession of Child Pornography." An arrest warrant was then issued for Upshaw.

FBI agents tracked Upshaw to Wahpeton where he was arrested without incident.
