Decorating for the Holidays | Video

With Thanksgiving dinner checked off the list, the next step for many families is decorating for Christmas. Spaces in downtown Bismarck sells interior design décor. Around the holidays they have a huge interest in Christmas decorations, so they shift much of their store over to a winter wonderland.

Owner Lisa Bohrer says customers are loving the plug in or battery operated candles and large tree ornaments. She says when using large ornaments, trim your tree in layers.

"Start with your big ornaments and kind of burry them inside the tree. So we do have a lot of the real large ornaments that you just kind of nessel into your tree. And then as you decorate your tree the ornaments get somewhat smaller."
