Grenstiner Changes Plea | Video

A Bismarck man, charged with murdering his mother and stealing her car changed his plea in a Burleigh County courtroom this morning. Dean Grenstiner pleaded guilty to Class AA murder but not guilty to the car theft.

He was arrested in Moorhead last March. The maximum sentence for murder is life in prison without the possibility of parole. Judge David Reich ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

A sentencing date has not been set.
