Halloween is only a few days away. To get people in the spirit of things, URL Radio is putting together a "Boo`s Cruise".

It will be a chance for guests to see if ghosts exist or not by taking a tour of businesses throughout downtown Bismarck believed to be haunted by ghosts.

Whether you believe in ghosts or not, the Boo`s Cruise Haunted Ghost Tour is sure to be a perfect way to get in to the Halloween spirit.

"They will actually go through several spaces rumored to be haunted in the Bismarck-Mandan area with actual paranormal professionals," said the event`s co-organizer, Stacy Sturm.

One of the stops on the tour is right here in the ball room above Dakota Stage Theater. It`s been closed for almost a century and now acts as a storage space, but some employees believe the spirits from the past still live here.

"I have to work here," said Dakota Stage Executive Director Amber Ray Bernhardt. "And I don`t want to see all the crazy stuff that they`re going to see."

This area is normally closed off to the public, but on the tour, adventurous ghost hunters along with professionals, will get the chance to see for themselves if it`s actually haunted or not.

"People that don`t believe want to believe I think a little bit and the people that do believe really get into it anyway," Sturm said.

"We just thought, of all the places in the theater this is the creepiest," Bernhardt added. "So you`re all welcome to see it!"

Dakota Stage isn`t the only place believed to have unique roommates. Also included on the tour are Fiesta Villa, Peacock Alley, and Fort Lincoln because some say they`ve had ghostly experiences there. But there are some people who just don`t buy it.

"I`m a very big skeptic," said Boo`s Cruise co-organizer Kameran Ali. "I don`t believe in any ghosts."

"If you watch Ghost Hunters, shows like that, it`s easy to believe when they put it on the show but it`s also edited and so I think this whole tour gives us an opportunity to be a part of something like that without the TV edits."

The tour is Friday and Sturday night from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am.
