Senate candidates Heidi Heitkamp and Rick Berg will engage in their final debate tonight, sponsored by the League of Women voters. We had invited the candidates to debate here in our studio as well, but Representative Berg declined.

Because we feel it`s our job to provide you, the viewers, with the best information possible heading into this election, we decided to invite the candidates here, where we`re offering them ten minutes of air time to discuss their views.

So far, Representative Berg has not scheduled. But joining us tonight, is Heidi Heitkamp. Our format tonight is to give you five minutes to tell the viewers what you want them to know followed by a few questions.
