A Bismarck business owner is throwing a big party tonight, and you`re invited. This is the second year Bridget Gerhardt has hosted the Pinktober fundraiser at her interior design studio. Bridget`s Room is donating 10 percent of the proceeds from everything sold at the party to the Bismarck Cancer Center and Women`s Way.

"About seven years ago. I lost my mom to breast cancer and so it`s been something that I hope to do in her memory. Last year was so successful, ladies came in wigs, scarfs, you name it, or just told me their stories and it was just so touching and it helped us heal," she said.

The party is from 4:00 until 7:00 and you can also check out the pink fire truck named in honor of Vivian Roehrich of Hazen.

The store is located just northeast of Sam`s Club at 3250 Rock Island Place.
