NDDES Awards Flood Recovery Grant

Residents on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation will be getting grant money for residents impacted by last year`s flooding. The North Dakota Department of Emergency Services awarded a grant of $21,465 to help people on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation impacted by the 2011 floods to establish new housing.

The money will be used for developing infrastructure and preparing six mobile homes.
