Two Arrested for Burglary in Minot | Video

Police in Minot arrested two men on Friday evening who they say tried to steal from a house. Police say just after 7:00 p.m. Friday night, Jimmy Stewart and Myles Griffin entered a home at 1943 Anderson Drive.

A victim told police one of the men was carrying a gun and demanded money. The victim said the men then fled in a vehicle. When police tried to stop the vehicle on North Broadway, three men fled on foot. Officers arrested both Stewart and Griffin.

A third suspect was not caught.

Both Stewart and Griffin are being charged with Criminal Conspiracy to commit Burglary, Terrorizing and Reckless Endangerment.

Stewart is also charged with Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle.

They`re being housed in the Ward County Jail.
