Slight Social Security Raise

| 10/15/2012

Retirees are getting a raise next year, but not much. Preliminary figures show the typical retiree can expect their social security to go up between $12 and $24 per month. That ranks among the lowest increases since automatic adjustments were adopted in 1975.

The numbers will be made official tomorrow when the Government releases inflation figures for September.
