Cease and Desist Order Filed Against All American Pages

North Dakota`s Attorney General issued a Cease and Desist order against a business and a Canadian individual for consumer fraud violations. According to Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem, a North Dakota business filed a complaint against All American Pages, Inc after they received an invoice for over $400 for services that were not requested.

It was also found that nine other complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Businesses or consumers who have made a payment to All American Pages can submit a complaint form from the Attorney General`s website at www.ag.nd.gov, or by contacting the Consumer Protection Division at 701-328-3404.
