Three people who have pleaded guilty to a counterfeit scheme in Watford City will be sentenced separately in the coming months.

Shawn Patton and Kasi Switzer of Las Vegas and Travis Linseth of Watford City admitted passing more than $1,000 in fake bills to several businesses.

Police found nearly $10,000 in counterfeit cash, along with printing supplies and unfinished bills in Linseth`s home.
