New Duties for Chancellor?

North Dakota`s Board of Higher Education is considering policy changes that would give more authority to the new university chancellor. The changes would give the chancellor the ability to fire or suspend a North Dakota college president for misconduct; the lead role in the search for new college presidents and the power to fire the chief financial officer or internal auditor at any college in North Dakota`s university system.
