Housing Study

| 9/24/2012
It should come as no surprise that North Dakota`s population is growing. A new study looks at just how much the state is expected to grow between 2010 and 2025.

The projection is expected to be 25 percent, with the state reaching an estimated 841,000 residents.

The study showed that it`s not just an increase in people the state will see but that the composition of households is also changing and shifting away from married couples with children to married couples without children.

Tomorrow the Governor, the Mayor of Williston and others will address the report and outline recommendations for more affordable housing.
