Supreme Court Denies Medical Marijuana Initiative

Voters will not be voting on a medical marijuana initiative in November. The state Supreme Court denied a request by supporters to put the initiative on the ballot. Supporters wanted to get around a decision by Secretary of State Al Jaeger, who refused to put the proposal on the ballot after finding evidence of petition fraud.
