Montana Man Arrested for Felonious Restraint

A Montana man was arrested early this morning by Bismarck police for felonious restraint. According to police, Jacob Panasuk, 26, locked his 41 year old girlfriend in a motel room and wouldn`t let her leave. Every time she tried, he would assault her.

Police arrested Panasuk at 2:00 a.m.

His victim`s injuries included several bruises, bite marks and scalp wounds.

Panasuk is being held in the Burleigh County Jail.
