Bismarck Man Facing Robbery Charges

A Bismark man is being charged with robbery after taking money from a man early this morning. According to police, a 34 year old Bismarck man was walking home from Sidelines Bar at just after midnight when a man punched him in the face and demanded money. The victim gave him money and the suspect fled.

Police soon found a man matching the description of the suspect in an alley on north 2nd St. and pursued him on foot. The suspect was arrested and identified as Martin Ochoa, 22.

The incident is currently under investigation.
