Ohlhauser Trial Dates Set

A Bismarck man facing GSI and luring charges will appear in court next month. Travis Ohlhauser, 20, had his felony dispositional conference in Burleigh County Court this morning.

Ohlhauser is being charged with Gross Sexual Imposition after, according to police, he had sex with a 14 year old girl. His trial will be on October 25 and 26. He will also appear in court on October 16 for a charge of Luring a Minor by Computer. According to police, Ohlhauser tried to set up an encounter with a 13-year-old girl and was met by a Bismarck police detective instead.
